Adventure wIth an ally, HELP! - Guild Wars Forums

I have allied with people from ashforrd abbey to Ascalon City repetitively.
Andthe quest Hasn't Updated yet.
Could you please Help?
Am i starting in the wrong place, Or do they have to do the quest with you?

The quest Adventure with an ally is just to team up, and then talk to the guy you got the quest from.

Best place to start is Ascalon City together with someone else and then just go left to the rezzing-portal, there should be a monk standing there who gave you the quest. Talk to him and you have it completed.

Okay.....I guess you were in to big a hurry to actually READ the quest that you were getting. Did you check your quest log? It will tell you who you need to talk to and even show their location if you are close enough.

I am all for helping people to understand a quest but if they are not even going to take the time to read what is required of them to complete the quest it makes me not want to even give them the time of day.

I tried again with my friend and it worked, And yes i did read the quest log...

yeah, you need to do at least 1 quest and then talk to Lina the Healer (quest giver) only then should you be able to go back into lakeside county with someone else and complete the quest.
